To resolve IT based queries of clients’ integrated systems with the company’s server and to ensure integration of software (developed by Eurosoft) between the clients’ systems, work with SQL Server 2008 (basic queries and backup of database), Integration of VOIP, Digital and File Based Phones with software, Microsoft Outbox (Configurations), DYNDNS (Name to IP server Configuration), Port Forwarding and Configuration of Routers (CISCO, BT-HUB, DRAYTECH, VIRGIN).
To prepare Quotations, Performa Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Company Challans, Letters (on company’s behalf), Order follow-up on daily basis, to check order-related documents, follow-up tasks. Email correspondence.
To call the clients daily through an automatic dialing internet system, to ensure the client about the durability of the product, maximizing product sales to reach set targets by the company. Implement the detailed sales plans to achieve the targets, promoting the company services and products through e selling to achieve the company’s goals and increase its market share in those products.
To greet patients, answer telephones, transfer to the concerned department if needed, to maintain the call log in accordance with the names and references, respond to and send faxes. To gather information from patients upon patients' arrival by having them fill out forms. Responsibility of incoming and outgoing mails. To schedule clients for upcoming doctor visits, receive patient payments, record them in a database and provide receipts to patients.
